and young women learning skills that will carry them into independent adulthood.

and every purpose will feed back into the mission.
We see a full‑service RV campground that becomes
the financial heartbeat of the property.
A place where travelers, families, and groups come year‑round
to rest, explore, and reconnect.
Short‑term RV sites will welcome weekend visitors,
while long‑term spaces offer seasonal stays for snowbirds,
traveling workers, and families seeking a slower pace.
Stationary RVs will be available to rent for guests who want the
RV experience without owning one.
And a variety of cabins, from cozy one‑room hideaways to large family‑sized lodges,
will give every visitor a place that feels like home.
For retreats, youth camps, school programs, and large groups,
we envision spacious dormitory‑style lodging that can host everything
from church retreats to corporate team‑building weekends
to school field trips focused on agriculture, sustainability, and leadership.
The campground itself will be alive with activity:

fishing ponds, outdoor kitchens, picnic areas,

the farm and ranch will operate as a fully regenerative, closed‑loop system.

The general store will sell goods made directly on the farm:
fresh eggs, produce, meats, baked goods, soaps, candles, herbal remedies, crafts, and seasonal items created by the young women and staff.
The café will serve farm‑to‑table meals.
And the on‑site farmers market will give the community access to
clean, local food without a middleman.
Everything grown, raised, or crafted on the land will
feed the people who live here, visit here, and support the mission.
For the young women in our residential program,
the vision is a pathway, not just a place to stay.
We see multiple levels of on‑site living that grow with them
as they gain skills, confidence, and independence.
From shared housing with daily structure to transitional units that allow more autonomy, each step is designed to prepare them for life beyond the program.
Along the way, they will learn real, marketable skills:
woodworking, welding, construction, maintenance, landscaping,
agriculture, animal care, processing, packaging, merchandising, stocking,
inventory control, customer service, housekeeping, cooking, serving,
cash handling, amusement operations, and front‑desk hospitality.
They will graduate not only with stability and healing,
but with the ability to walk into a job,
or even start their own business,
with confidence.
We see TRP becoming a hub for tradespeople, designers, builders,
agriculture experts, hydroponics and aquaponics specialists,
renewable energy engineers, and community partners
who want to help build something generational.
A place where professionals can teach, mentor, and leave a legacy.
