The Rising Phoenix Farm & Retreat Center is
being built by many hands, many hearts, and many gifts,
and there is room here for every person who
feels called to be part of something bigger than themselves.
This land is rising through the work of builders and believers,
farmers and families, travelers and teachers, donors and doers,
and people who simply want to help create a place where
healing, purpose, and community can flourish.
Getting involved with TRP is not about filling a role.
It’s about stepping into a story that is still being written,
a story where your skills, your presence, and your faith can leave a lasting mark.
Some people will join us with their hands,
helping build the cabins, barns, fences, trails, and gathering spaces
that will shape the campus.
Contractors, electricians, plumbers, welders, carpenters,
landscapers, and tradespeople of every kind will help
create the physical foundation of a place designed to stand for generations.
Others will bring their expertise in agriculture, animal care, hydroponics,
aquaponics, regenerative systems, renewable energy, and land stewardship.
Helping us design and maintain a farm that
heals the soil, feeds the community, and teaches the next generation
how to work with the land instead of against it.
Some will get involved through mentorship,
teaching young women the skills they’ve spent a lifetime mastering.
They will show them how to weld a clean bead, repair an engine,
care for livestock, manage a store, prepare a meal, run a business, or lead a team.
They will help shape futures, build confidence,
and open doors that once felt out of reach.
Others will walk alongside our participants through
faith‑based counseling, trauma‑informed support, prayer, and encouragement. Helping them heal their wounds, rebuild their identity,
and discover the calling God placed within them.
Families and community members will get involved simply by being here.
Visiting the farm, staying at the campground, attending events,
shopping at the general store, eating at the café,
or supporting the farmers market.
Every stay, every purchase, every event becomes part of the revenue
that keeps the mission alive and the campus thriving.
Weddings, corporate retreats, school camps, youth programs,
quinceañeras, reunions, and seasonal festivals
will bring people together and help sustain the work happening behind the scenes.
Travelers who come for a weekend of rest will leave knowing
they supported something meaningful.
Guests who return year after year will become part of the TRP family.
Some will get involved through generosity:
giving financially, sponsoring a participant, donating materials,
funding a cabin, supporting a program, or helping us expand the campus.
Their investment becomes part of the legacy rising here,
a legacy that will bless young women, families,
and the community for decades to come.
Others will support us through prayer,
covering the land, the mission, the staff,
and the participants with faith and intercession.
Their prayers become the unseen foundation beneath everything we build.
And then there are those who will get involved by choosing to stay.
Participants who complete the program and step into leadership roles,
staff positions, or on‑site employment.
They will become mentors, team leads, farm managers,
hospitality staff, tradeswomen, and community anchors.
Their presence will remind every new participant that rising is possible,
that healing is real, and that this place is more than a program.
It is a home.
