Transformative Pathways for
Healing, Growth, and Real-World Skills

The programs at

The Rising Phoenix Farm & Retreat Center

are built on a simple truth:

healing and purpose grow best in a community where

people, land, and faith work together.

Every offering on our campus,

from our retreats to our residential program to our hands‑on training,

is designed to restore the whole person

while strengthening the land and the community around them.

The Rising Phoenix Farm & Retereat Center is not a single program;

it is a living environment where transformation becomes a daily rhythm.

Our retreat programs welcome women, families, youth, and groups

into a space created for rest, clarity, and renewal.

Each retreat is shaped by the land itself.

Quiet mornings, open skies, and the steady pace of a working farm.

Whether someone comes for a restorative wellness retreat,

a faith and leadership gathering, a regenerative living workshop,

or a youth empowerment weekend,

they step into an environment that invites them to slow down,

breathe deeply, and reconnect with who they were created to be.

Our dorm‑style lodges, family cabins, and group spaces

allow us to host everything from

school camps to church retreats to community workshops,

all rooted in healing, leadership, and soul‑level restoration.

At the heart of TRP is our residential participant program for justice‑involved teenage and young adult women;

A structured, faith‑rooted pathway designed to rebuild

stability, confidence, and purpose.

Here, participants live in a safe, supportive community

where daily routines, shared meals, and meaningful work

create the foundation for long‑term transformation.

They receive trauma‑informed therapy,

faith‑based counseling, and mentorship

that helps them heal their wounds,

rebuild their identity, and discover their calling.

Education is a cornerstone of the program:

participants can complete their GED or high school diploma on‑site.

Those who choose to pursue higher education

can begin college continuation classes right here on the property.

For young women who dream of careers in veterinary medicine, agriculture, trades, or other fields,

The Rising Phoenix Farm & Retreat Center becomes the launching pad.

A place where they can begin their studies while gaining

hands‑on experience every day.

Our campus is also a training ground for real, marketable skills.

Participants learn woodworking, welding, construction,

maintenance, landscaping, agriculture, animal care,

auto and diesel mechanics, processing, packaging, merchandising,

stocking, inventory control, customer service, housekeeping, cooking,

serving, cash handling, amusement operations, and front‑desk hospitality.

These are not simulated experiences, they are real jobs, real responsibilities, and real opportunities to grow.

By the time a young woman completes the program,

she can leave as a certified tradeswoman, a skilled agricultural worker,

or even a journeyman‑level employee

ready to step into the workforce with confidence.

For those who find their purpose here, TRP offers something rare:

the opportunity to stay.

Participants who complete the program and want to continue

building their future within this community

can apply for on‑site employment and transitional housing.

They can become staff members, mentors, team leads, or specialists

in the very systems they helped build.

This creates a cycle of leadership and legacy.

Young women rising into roles that allow them to guide the next generation.

Every program at The Rising Phoenix Farm & Retreat Center,

every retreat, every class, every skill learned,

every moment of healing, is part of a larger vision:

a community where people discover who they are, what they’re capable of,

and how their lives can contribute to something bigger.

Whether someone comes for a weekend retreat, a school camp,

a season of healing, or a journey toward independence,

they become part of a place where land and people rise together.

And in that rising,

they find strength, purpose, and a future filled with possibility.
